What a wonderful walkabout with Victor Dover! I thoroughly enjoyed watching the video and listening to the exchange. For those still against changing things, have you listened to and absorbed what the experts have said (Victor Dover and Kimley-Horne)? I don't understand why you are continuing to beat your drum of congestion and bottleneck problems when the experts have said otherwise? Have you been to other charming downtowns across the US and in Europe to understand what constitutes a vibrant downtown?
